Meet AP22
MY STORY
I grew up in Denver, Colorado, excelling in football, basketball, baseball, and track. My athletic abilities were significantly enhanced at 16 years old through training with a personal coach who improved my speed, agility, body control, flexibility, strength, mental focus, and stamina.
This training earned me a full-ride scholarship to San Diego State University, where I became a 4-year starter at linebacker and safety. I was named Team Captain my senior year, earned All-Mountain West Conference Honors as a Safety, and was named the 2010 Poinsettia Bowl MVP.To prepare for the NFL Combine, I continued training with my coach to further enhance my speed, strength, and agility. I became proficient in key drills such as the 40-yard dash, short shuttle, 3-cone drill, vertical jump, broad jump, and bench press.
After college, I played and coached professionally in Europe for four seasons, in Switzerland, Germany, and Sweden. By implementing my methods in the weight room, and SDSU defensive schemes - I led my Swiss team to win the Eurobowl Championship. Over the past eight years, I have dedicated myself to coaching and training various athletes, leveraging my extensive experience and knowledge to help others achieve their athletic goals.
